From here you can wallow in the exquisite views across the city of Alicante down to the harbour and beaches.
Alicante still takes pride in its Spanish traditions and holds a number of festivals throughout the year. Tourists are made to feel very welcome during the fiestas and are encouraged to join in with the fun.
The choice of bars and restaurants are abundant and if you like Spanish cuisine like Paella and Tapas, you’ll love Alicante. Being a modern city there is a diverse range of places to eat so if you would rather eat fast food than fine dining or vice versa, you will not be disappointed. Like most cities, the cost of eating out can vary quite considerably. The city centre and Harbour region of Alicante can be more expensive than some of the smaller restaurants tucked away down the quieter side streets so it’s worth having a good look around to get the best deal.
